This product is an electrically powered device using continuous positive airway pressure to treat patients affected primarily by obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA). The device may be used in the home or hospital. Resmed humidifiers are indicated for the humidification of air delivered to the airway during continuous, automatic and bilevel therapy. ResMed humidifiers are used in conjunction with ResMed Flow Generators.

This machine is suitable for the treatment of sleep apnoea. You should not use this machine unless you are diagnosed with sleep apnoea.
Sleep apnoea treatments may not be suitable if you have pre-existing conditions including congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive lung disease, obesity hypoventilation syndrome or where there is evidence of co-existing central sleep apnoea.
