Purchases and Payment

Customers must provide Blooms CPAP Clinic with complete and accurate details when making purchases. Blooms CPAP Clinic is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer. 

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Costs related to international orders are calculated using an integrated currency converter. Blooms CPAP Clinic is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers’ banks.

Payment is processed through Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Paypal. 

If purchasing through Paypal, upon checkout, customers will be redirected to the PayPal website where they can select their payment method. However, it is not necessary for customers to have a PayPal account to shop with Blooms CPAP Clinic.

Zip pay or Humm service is available on Australian orders only. At checkout, customers will be redirected to these respective websites to complete the transaction. To be eligible for Zip pay or Humm, customers must have an existing Australian Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card, over 18 years of age, live in Australia. Customers will receive an invoice confirming the order once Blooms CPAP Clinic receives payment. Some orders may be subject to fraud checks by the Blooms CPAP Clinic staff, this means you may be required to provide additional identification to verify your transaction.

Discount Codes, Sales & Promotions

Price discounts are in AUD. Further, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other Blooms the Chemist store. Therefore, products, prices, promotions, sales, and discount codes are only available online and cannot be used in store, to purchase gift cards, or in conjunction with any other offers. The prices online are not available in store at any of our associated Blooms the Chemist Clinics.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays in New South Wales.

Customers will be provided with tracking numbers once orders are shipped out.

Please refer to our shipping policy for further information. (refer link to shipping page).

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver,  will attempt re-delivery. If DHL/Auspost/Gologistic and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by cut-off time, the parcel will be returned if in australia or destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.

Fraud

Blooms CPAP Clinic takes every measure against credit card fraud. If we suspect that a customer’s order may be fraudulent, we will contact the customer to confirm certain details. If the customer refuses to respond with the required information within 7 working days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Cancellation

Blooms CPAP Clinic reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested products. Customers will be immediately contacted in these cases.

Blooms CPAP Clinic  is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience customers may face as a result of cancellation.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds policy

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a store credit only if:

  • You are not satisfied with the quality,
  • Or, you have simply changed your mind.

Just keep in mind, in order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the below requirements:

  • The item is in original condition and unopened with all the tags still attached;
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains and is in accord with hygiene standards;
  • The item is returned to us within 14 days from delivery date.

Please note that items from Blooms CPAP Clinic cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

A Blooms CPAP Clinic store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item online or save your Blooms CPAP Clinic store credit for later since it never expires! We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team. As such, a payment on delivery shipping option is available for customers in this scenario only. If you need results in a hurry expedited shipping for a small fee is available.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size choice, however, we can provide you with a credit note equivalent to the price of the item(s) you purchased as long as the products have not been used. 
  • Should our return policy not have been honoured, the item will be sent back with charges payable by the customer. 
  • Final Sale Items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty afterwhich our warranty policy applies. Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.

Refunds

We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision to make sure they are in good condition. However in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a new product of the exact type provided:

  • You notify us within 2 days from the delivery date providing a description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof via email to [email protected]
  • Your claim of the faults have been reviewed and approved by our staff. (please note each items SN number is recorded prior to the item being shipped for tracking purposes)

Please note: Once your Faulty item has been approved by our staff and a notification sent to you, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the new product to arrive, so please be patient. If your new delivery has taken longer than this, please contact us so we can investigate the cause of the delay.

In the case that an item is faulty, we will be able to cover the return shipping cost.

Zip pay returns

If you wish to return something you purchased using Zip Pay, the process is the same. Unless the item is deemed faulty, you will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. Please note, your personal agreement with Zip pay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.

International returns

Sleep Tests Terms

Is the sleep test accurate?

Yes, absolutely! We use the same testing equipment and diagnostic procedures that most hospitals and sleep centers use in Australia. Every test is interpreted by our Board Certified Sleep Medicine Physicians and these detailed reports reviewed by a Blooms Registered Sleep Apnoea trained pharmacist.

Can your test diagnose central and obstructive sleep apnoea?

Yes, our test will monitor both your airflow and your respiratory effort. This provides the necessary data for the Sleep Technologist and the Physician to distinguish between Central and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea.

Why is your test cost so low?

We started Blooms CPAP Clinic with the goal of providing everyone with access to low-cost testing.  We believe that offering affordable testing is the right thing to do. We were able to create a process to achieve that goal while still using the same testing equipment as hundreds of hospitals and sleep centers across the nation.

Do I need a prescription to order a home sleep test?

No prescription is necessary, Blooms CPAP Clinic is proud to offer direct-to-consumer testing.

Will my insurance cover your test?

In most cases, Yes! Although Blooms CPAP Clinic does not bill insurance directly, we will provide you with an itemized invoice, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

I need a sleep test for my work. Does your test meet the sleep apnoea testing requirements for employment physicals?

Yes. We use TGA/FDA Approved Type III testing equipment to evaluate you for Sleep Apnea in the comfort of your own home. Our program meets all testing standards set forth by the Department of roads and maritime service.

Is this test appropriate for pediatrics?

No. This test is indicated for adults 18 and older.

Website Order Terms

How do I return or exchange?

If your Blooms CPAP Clinic purchase isn’t working out for you, we’re more than happy to accept it for return as long as your item is in original condition (tags attached and no visible signs of wear) and isn’t a clearance sale item. Please note, we do not offer direct exchanges!

Once our team received your return parcel, they will be more than happy to issue you an online credit note that never expires to purchase absolutely anything on our online store, or the size you prefer. If you have any further questions, or to check if your item is eligible for return, please read our returns policy above.

Can I make changes to my order?

Our warehouse team process and pack orders quite quickly! However, we can change things if you contact us within 24hours after your order has been placed so long as the package has not already left the store. Please ensure all the details are correct when you checkout.

The item I want is out of stock. What now?

Sign up your mailing list to be notified of a restock so you don’t miss out the next time.

How can I track my shipment?

We endeavour to have your order processed and dispatched within one working day to ensure you will receive your order ASAP (unless it is a pre-order item or it is during a heavy volume sale period). You will be emailed your tracking information once your order has been dispatched, and in some cases you will need to allow a few hours for your tracking to be live.

Are there any additional taxes or charges when shipping outside of Australia?

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Why does the item price change when I go to checkout?

You're able to browse through our store in your international currency - however, as we are an Australian store, the price will automatically convert to AUD when you get to checkout (and include your shipping fee if applicable). It might look like you're paying more, but it is simply just the most current exchange rate.

Can I lay-by an item?

We do not offer lay-bys, and we cannot put items on hold. However, we do have Zip pay and Humm available for Australian orders.

Standard shipping within Australia is $29.99 but we offer this to all our customers Free of Charge. Express Shipping within Australia is $59.99 but we offer this to all our customers for only $29.99. Our Express delivery takes 24-48 hours for most urban postcodes in Australia, Otherwise, with regular shipping, it can take 3-10 working days depending on your location. International Shipping fees vary but starts at $120.

What you need to know

All orders placed after the above dispatch cut-off time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after cut-off time on Friday and purchased throughout the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

There can be possible delays during this high volume sale period. Our team are working hard to make sure you get your new Blooms CPAP Clinic products as soon as possible and appreciate your patience. Please note, Blooms CPAP Clinic is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, DHL Express and Gologistic, especially during high volume seasons.

All Australia Post/Gologistic parcels are signature on delivery with authority to leave required to be expressed. This means you’re welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise if Australia Post determine there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address - Australia Post will record proof of delivery in this instance. We do not recommend this option so where possible we insist that Australia post take the item back to the closest Post office for future collection by you. If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Blooms CPAP Clinic is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Blooms CPAP Clinic will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
